About the event
A panel discussion between Professor Dario Brancato and Jordan Black, moderated by Cassandra Marsillo. A vije du Molise, meaning “the road to Molise,” comes from a poem by Giose Rimanelli. In this panel, Brancato and Black will discuss the place of dialects in Italy from a linguistic and historical point of view, with a special focus on the context of Molise and the use of dialect in literary works. Presented by the Federazione delle associazioni molisane del Québec. The panel will be in English and Italian, though questions will be taken in English, Italian, and French.
